Warranty & Returns

All Microlight, Bolt Series, X-Series, T-Series and 24/7 flashlights sold by Inova Store carry a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.

You can check the length of warranty that a particular item is sold with by viewing its individual product page.

Inova Store will directly replace any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 7 days of it arriving with the customer.

Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 7 days of receipt of goods, but still within the first 90 days of ownership, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer at their own expense and a warranty claim will be initiated by us, on your behalf.

Beyond the first 90 days of ownership and throughout the remaining warranty period, all warranty claims will be handled by the UK distributor of Inova products and you will need to contact them directly, using the following details:
